Greater Rome Board of REALTORS® Member Listserv

This Listserv allows members to communicate effectively using a single email address. It can be used to share listings, open house announcements, and Association-related activities.

Policy Announcement

Please be aware that a formal policy for our announcements@grbor.com listserv has been implemented. This policy is designed to ensure a productive and respectful environment for all participants.

We strongly encourage you to take a few moments to review the Listserv guidelines. By participating in the Listserv, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these guidelines.

The Member Listserv works in the following way:

Any member or partner who is active and paid with the Association may create and send a message to announcements@grbor.com. Messages may include HTML graphics, custom formatting, and attachments. The total size of the email may not exceed 3 MB.
Once the message is sent, it will automatically be routed to every member of the Association. If the Association does not have an email address on file for a member, the message will not be delivered to that member.
To ensure accurate delivery, messages must be sent from the same email address that is on file with the Association.
Members may opt out of the Member Listserv by calling the Association office or emailing a request to announcements@grbor.com. Members who opt out will no longer be able to send or receive messages through the Listserv. A request may be submitted to rejoin at any time.

Regional Listserv

The Regional Listserv allows members to share listings and open house announcements with members of both the Greater Rome Board of REALTORS® and the Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS®.

The Regional Listserv works in the same manner as the Member Listserv described above.

You do not need to send listings or open house announcements to both listservs. Send your message to only one:

To share listings or open house information with both GRBOR and NWMAR members, send your message to:

To share listings or open house information with GRBOR members only, send your message to:
announcements@grbor.com

Please continue to send Association-specific information, such as community service bulletins, to the Member Listserv at announcements@grbor.com.

Partner Listserv

The Partner Listserv allows Affiliate Partners to communicate with REALTOR® members through a single email address. The Listserv may only be used to send and receive messages and materials that are directly related to real estate or the Association.

The Partner Listserv works in the following way:

Any Affiliate Partner may create a message and send it to promotions@grbor.com. Messages may include HTML graphics, custom formatting, and attachments, provided the content relates to real estate or the Association. Affiliate Partners may also use the Listserv to announce their services. The total size of the email may not exceed 3 MB.
Once the message is sent, it will automatically be routed to every member of the Association. If the Association does not have an email address on file for a member, the message will not be delivered to that member.
To ensure accurate delivery, messages must be sent from the same email address that is on file with the Association.

To authorize an office manager or assistant to send messages to the Listserv, please email their name, address, phone number, and email address to communications@grbor.com.
