Payment Plan Option is available online for primary members until December 31st. Members are encouraged to enroll in the payment plan on or before December 1st to take full advantage of the payment schedule.

We want to thank you for your continued membership with the
Greater Rome Board of REALTORS®!

At the end of each membership year, we examine the process of renewing your membership and continue to strive towards making this as easy a process as possible so your feedback is appreciated. Most importantly, please remember that your annual membership should be renewed by January 1st of each year.

Renewal Information

  1. Members will be notified via email of the Renewal options and deadline.
  2. Designated REALTORS® (DR) will receive renewal information to share with their agents and will receive updates regarding who has not yet renewed.
  3. RPAC - please make your Fair Share Investment when you renew.

You may Renew Online now!

You may now view and pay your invoice online. If you do not know your username or password, you may request for it to be emailed to you from the login screen.

You may also mail your renewal to 5784 Lake Forrest Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328, and make checks payable to the Paulding Board of REALTORS®. Please include a copy of your invoice or include your license # on the check.

Required Membership Fees and Tax Information

REALTOR® Tax Deduction Notice: The portion of dues paid that is spent to lobby the State and Federal governments is not deductible for income tax purposes. GAR has estimated that $8.15 (8.32%) is the nondeductible portion of 2025 GAR dues. NAR has estimated the nondeductible portion of its 2025 dues to be $55.00 (or 35%). The entire $45.00 NAR Consumer Advertising Campaign Assessment qualifies as deductible dues.

Payment Plan Available

If you are a REALTOR® member and your primary membership is held with the Greater Rome Board of REALTORS® you will have a Payment Plan option when making a payment online. Two installments will be applied to your credit card: the first installment of $298 is paid on the day you enroll; then the second installment drafts on January 1st which will be $201 + voluntary RPAC investment. The Order Summary screen will still reflect the full amount of the membership.

If you are an Affiliate member and your primary membership is held with the Greater Rome Board of REALTORS® you will have a Payment Plan option when making a payment online. Two installments will be applied to your credit card: the first installment of $199 is paid on the day you enroll; then the second installment drafts on January 1st which will be $100 + voluntary RPAC investment. The Order Summary screen will still reflect the full amount of the membership.

Please note this plan is available only online and payments will be processed automatically to the credit card information you provide. The payment plan is only available to renewing members, not new member applicants. Please note that you must renew online by December 31st to take advantage of the payment planMembers are encouraged to enroll/submit their first installment by December 1st to take full advantage of the payment schedule.

TERMS: By signing up for the payment plan online, I give authorization to the Greater Rome Board of REALTORS® to charge my credit/debit card account for my annual membership renewal on the specified installment dates. All payments are non-refundable. I also understand that if my membership dues are not paid in full by January 15th, I will incur a $50 late fee and my membership benefits will be discontinued.
