Sales volume dropped 19.1% compared to last year, totaling $24,923,108, with units sold down 19.3% to 92. Month-over-month, sales volume increased by 15.1%, and units sold rose 31.4%. The median sales price fell by 6.7%, while new listings decreased by 14%. Active listings showed a slight growth of 0.3%.
