Description: This course, hosted by Direct Lenders LLC, is designed to give you details understanding of appraisals showing you how to read and interpret the report. Offering an expert level on how a home is valued, there will be time for questions and real-world examples, so come ready to learn!

Instructor: Angela Mortimore - Angela Mortimore has been working in the mortgage industry since 1985 holding positions in the majority of the departments associated with mortgage lending. She has held her FHA Direct Endorsement CHUMS Number and VA Credit and Appraisal underwriting authorities for over 30 years. Angela is currently the Director of Operations with Direct Lenders, LLC a full service mortgage company locally owned and operated in Kennesaw GA and has been with them for over 10 years.
