About Event

Join Kristen McMurray, Director with the Paulding Board during this Power Hour, where we will discuss the proper handling of multiple offers, usage of an escalation clause, understanding how to use the Right to Inspect exhibit in place of a zero (0) due diligence to win contracts. Kristen will provide examples of escalation clauses that members may use to protect themselves and their clients.
