LIMITATIONS: Scholarships are for tuition only and are limited to one per person per calendar year; no more than one course with a beginning date during any calendar year shall be considered. Scholarships will be granted for the course requested and only for such courses that lead to a real estate related professional designation. The Board of Trustees will determine the dollar amount of scholarships for a particular course, which may vary from time to time, depending upon the funds available.

The Scholarship Fund was created to financially assist any active member in good standing to achieve any REALTOR® designation or certification.  It was created to encourage all Board Members to achieve the GAR & NAR designation and certification classes offered, as well as to inform members of existing scholarships available at Local Board and State level.

  • The scholarship will apply to all GAR & NAR designations and certifications.

  • The Local Scholarship Fund will supplement scholarship funds awarded by GAR not to exceed full amount of tuition. 

  • You must first apply for GAR scholarship, submit documentation of course completion and the course must be paid in full to be eligible for a scholarship.

  • Come early!  We have limited seating and limited parking.

This is a 6 hour GREC approved (Course Code 62580), GREC sponsored (School Code 999) and GREC funded course for continuing education.  This course will provide answers to the questions that EVERYBODY should have!  This is a new version of the course, interactive, informative and fun!!  Even if you have taken a previous version in the last year, you will still be eligible for 6 hours of CE!!  The economy is making life as a real estate licensee challenging enough. . .don’t compound your day with ignorance of important issues!
